This in-studio yoga practice is for all physical levels of people wanting to create more stability in their mobility. Mindful breath practices aligning with your body’s current mood and mobility issues,strengthening and relaxing muscles to support your needs for this day to enhance your overall health. The power you have today is to be aware and educate, and practice what is optimal for your mobility to do everything you love and feel physically able from a place of confidence.

Wednesdays @10am is Restore and breathe for 90min Learn to breath and calm the body and mind with gentle long hold supported yoga shapes that will help you to ease your muscles out of daily tensions into a much needed relaxed state. Surrendering in a clam and safe place helps our being to rejuvenate. Much needed practice for every human. All Welcome. This is a 10-student space limit per yoga session.
How to book
